Yesterday the brilliant Miss Karen and I went on a ramble through Queen Anne. It was bloody cold out.
When I’m cold my ears start hurting from the inside. That usually jumpstarts a massive headache. Shortly after that comes the dizziness. So, I typically spend my winter in a hat or ear muffs.
This was Karen’s very first solo photo shoot and I think she did an amazing job, don’t you? If you want to chat with her about any gigs, just shoot me an email and I’ll forward it on to her.
My parents got me this coat for Christmas a few years ago. I left the sale page up on my mom’s computer as a gentle hint. They were nice enough to oblige. I read once that an item is worth the total price tag if each wearing falls below $3. I’m pretty sure this coat is at about 3 cents per wearing. The insides (lining) are fraying and falling to pieces, but thankfully, the outside appearance is just fine (Not far off from the owner – AM I RIGHT?)
I love these shoes and receive tons of compliments on them (typically from 10 year old girls). They were only $30 and you can tell, each time the soles start peeling off. Thank goodness for shoe glue!
Here’s some more of my favorite photos from this beautiful winter walk:
After spending quite a lot of time in the 30-something weather, we earned some hot chocolate. Say hello to Karen!
